Biography

Kiera is committed to working collaboratively with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, tailoring her approach to suit each client’s goals and unique circumstances. Whether negotiating a favourable exit package, pursuing a claim before the Employment Tribunal, or providing ongoing support to help a client remain in their role, Kiera consistently puts her clients’ interests at the forefront.

Having trained at a Mayfair firm where she gained extensive experience in high-value, multi-party, cross-border litigation and later honed her expertise at a Legal 500-ranked employment law boutique, Kiera brings a depth of experience and strategic insight to her practice. She has a strong track record in negotiating complex settlement agreements and advancing a broad spectrum of employment-related claims, including those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Kiera also has experience supporting clients in regulatory proceedings involving bodies such as the SRA, TRA, NMC and GMC, including submitting an appeal to the High Court challenging an NMC decision to remove a registrant from the register.

Kiera is passionate about championing all her clients, with a particular passion for advocating for those with disabilities. Her clients span a variety of sectors, including Finance, the NHS, Higher Education, Retail and Government.
