Kiera is committed to working collaboratively with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, tailoring her approach to suit each client’s goals and unique circumstances. Whether negotiating a favourable exit package, pursuing a claim before the Employment Tribunal, or providing ongoing support to help a client remain in their role, Kiera consistently puts her clients’ interests at the forefront.
Having trained at a Mayfair firm where she gained extensive experience in high-value, multi-party, cross-border litigation and later honed her expertise at a Legal 500-ranked employment law boutique, Kiera brings a depth of experience and strategic insight to her practice. She has a strong track record in negotiating complex settlement agreements and advancing a broad spectrum of employment-related claims, including those involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. Kiera also has experience supporting clients in regulatory proceedings involving bodies such as the SRA, TRA, NMC, GMC and HCPC, including submitting an appeal to the High Court challenging an NMC decision to remove a registrant from the register.
Kiera is passionate about championing all her clients and takes particular pride in supporting individuals who face additional challenges in the workplace. She has a strong personal commitment to advocating for clients with disabilities, shaped by her own experience of being diagnosed with epilepsy less than a year after qualifying as a solicitor. Having had to navigate workplace barriers herself, Kiera brings not only professional dedication but also genuine empathy, insight and understanding to her work. This lived experience enables her to appreciate the practical and emotional impact that workplace barriers can have, and it strengthens her determination to ensure her clients feel heard, supported and robustly represented.
Kiera’s clients span a variety of sectors, including finance, charities, the NHS, higher education, retail and government.
Kiera is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Association of Disabled Lawyers and has had articles published by the Discrimination Law Association.
