Biography

Manpreet brings a litigator’s eye and a negotiator’s instinct to employment disputes. Her practice has a particular focus on discrimination, unfair dismissal and complex exits, where she is skilled at identifying the pressure points in a case and using them to strengthen her client’s position.

Her judgement is backed by experience well beyond the Employment Tribunal. Manpreet successfully appealed a decision at the Royal Courts of Justice concerning the validity of a Part 36 offer and has resolved proceedings before the Senior Courts Costs Office. She has also represented clients at Employment Tribunal Preliminary Hearings. This breadth of experience means she is used to technical arguments, contested positions and making sound strategic decisions under pressure.

Manpreet is equally strong at guiding clients through those decisions. She explains the strengths, risks and uncertainties of a case plainly, giving clients a clear understanding of their options and the confidence to choose the course that is right for them. Her approach is considered, personable and focused firmly on the outcome the client wants to achieve.

Manpreet graduated with First Class Honours in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society of England and Wales, and speaks Punjabi.
