Ronan is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients in workplace disputes, recognising the unique nuances that present themselves in each individual case.

He has substantial experience in Employment Tribunal, High Court and County Court litigation, as well as in negotiating favourable exit terms where working relationships have broken down. Having also represented employers in tribunal disputes, Ronan brings a well-rounded perspective and a comprehensive understanding of issues that commonly arise in such matters.  

Ronan has supported clients from a range of sectors, including financial services, renewable energy and social media, and has been involved in cases concerning discrimination, harassment and unfair dismissal. He trained at a leading disputes law firm and is adept at handling high-value contentious matters and has particular expertise in advising senior executives on the challenges that can arise during complex workplace disputes.

Ronan gained a substantial amount of disputes experience during his training contract across personal injury, commercial litigation and employment. He has been involved in several high-profile cases in these areas, including providing lead support in a sex and age discrimination claim brought by a former employee against a major American bank, which attracted significant media attention. As a result, he is experienced in managing the sensitivities that arise when cases become public. Ronan has also represented clients pursuing discrimination claims after being denied access to key services, such as banking and insurance, on the basis of their nationality.
