Biography

Zack is a recent King’s College London LLB Law with North American Legal Studies graduate. The first of his family to attend university, Zack placed in the top 7% of his cohort in his first two years at King’s and was awarded a place at Cornell University as a one-year JD exchange. Upon returning in his fourth-year, Zack achieved the highest result in his class for his undergraduate dissertation.

Zack’s passion for employment and labour law was shaped by both his academic work—studying under leading figures such as Keith Ewing at King’s and Stewart Schwab at Cornell—and his legal experience. Through winning both the Middle Temple Access to the Bar Award and the Inner Temple PASS Scholarship in his final year at King’s, Zack procured for himself opportunities to marshal at the Employment Tribunal and shadow silk employment barristers.

Alongside legal training, Zack has prioritised practical support for others. At both King’s and Cornell, he mentored students from underrepresented backgrounds applying for training contracts and law programmes, ensuring that opportunities in the profession are more accessible to those traditionally excluded.

Grounded in lived experience and animated by a belief in fairness, Zack is someone who is emphatic and supportive of those suffering injustices in the workplace.
